At Bay City Holiday RV Park, we keep it straightforward. Here is exactly what is included with every stay, and what you can expect when you arrive.

Every site at Bay City Holiday RV Park is a full hookup site. That means:

• 30-amp and 50-amp service available
• Metered electricity for daily and weekly guests (included in rate)
• Monthly guests: electricity metered and billed separately based on actual usage

• Fresh water connection at your pad
• Municipal Bay City water supply
• We recommend a water pressure regulator (40–50 PSI) and an inline filter

• Direct sewer hookup at every site
• No hauling to a dump station
• Standard sewer hose connection (20-foot hose recommended)

• Included with every stay — no separate fee

Wi-Fi is included at no extra charge. We know that reliable internet is not optional for most guests — whether you are working remotely, submitting timesheets, staying in touch with family, or streaming after a long day.

Our Wi-Fi covers the park. If you are doing heavy work (large file uploads, video conferencing) and need the most reliable connection, sites closer to the office tend to have the strongest signal.

On-site coin-operated laundry is available to all guests. Washers and dryers are maintained and available during park hours.

For long-term guests, on-site laundry is one of the most practical amenities in the park. No driving to a laundromat, no waiting in a public facility. Wash your work clothes, dry them, and get back to your site.

Clean restrooms and shower facilities are available on-site. For guests whose RV bathroom is limited — or who simply prefer a full-size shower — the park facilities are maintained to a high standard.

This one deserves its own section because it matters more than most guests expect until they have stayed at a park without it.

Every site has a concrete pad. Every road in the park is concrete. This means:

• Your leveling jacks land on a solid, stable surface
• No mud after rain
• No sinking or shifting under heavy rigs
• Clean paws for pets
• Easy maneuvering for large rigs

If you have ever dealt with a gravel or dirt site after a Texas rainstorm, you understand why concrete is worth specifically looking for.

Bay City Holiday RV Park has on-site management available during park hours (8 AM – 7:30 PM daily). If you have a question, a problem, or need assistance, there is a real person on-site — not a remote call center.

On-site management also means the park is actively maintained. Issues get addressed. The grounds stay clean. Rules are enforced consistently.

The park has privacy fencing on three sides. This provides a degree of separation from the surrounding area and contributes to the quiet, contained feel of the park.

The park is well-lit throughout. Concrete roads and site areas are illuminated for safe navigation after dark — important for guests arriving late or making early-morning departures.

Sites accommodate rigs up to 52 feet in length. Concrete driveways include parking for multiple vehicles — your tow vehicle, a work truck, or additional vehicles.

To be straightforward about what is and is not part of the base rate:

• Monthly electricity is metered and billed separately (daily and weekly rates include electric)
• A $100 electric deposit is required for monthly tenants
